I specialize in performance improvement and instructional design, using systems-based methodologies and AI-supported strategies to solve organizational challenges and improve workforce performance.
Rather than focusing on technology alone, I apply a structured approach to identify root causes, analyze performance gaps, and design solutions that drive measurable results.
With over 15 years of experience facilitating learning—including 10 years with Polk County Schools—I bring a strong foundation in education, adaptability, and learner-centered design.
I hold a Master’s in Instructional Design and Performance Technologies from the University of West Florida and serve as the volunteer VP of Marketing & Communications for the ATD Florida Suncoast Chapter.
